Chinese Cooking Recipe- The Chef’s Secret Of Great Cooking


The Chinese cooking recipe has become great adaptation of authentic Chinese recipes for the American home cooking which taste wonderful for every tongue. Most of the recipes are world famous for their delicious and tasty authentic flavour. The preparation of Chinese recipes for instance, coupled with seasoning of chiles and sugar gives a dish the exact fullness of its real flavor. In Chinese cooking recipe, few specific spices and the way of cooking it over a large flame has helped to make the recipes quite famous across America. The recipes can be prepared easily and are generally prepared in bite-sized pieces in Chinese cuisine.

Chinese rice, noodles and soups are the most famous of the total ingredients list of Chinese cuisine. Talking about few world famous recipes one can easily remember Singapore Noodles as one of the famous Chinese cooking recipe. It’s prepared using the, noodles stuffing barbecued with pork or shrimp. Most of the recipes consisted of noodles, steamed rice, bean sprouts, garlic, Soy sauce, and shredded Napa cabbage, which can be added with different ingredients according to the choice. The noodles are deep fried in oil separately and all the ingredients and vegetables are cooked over high flame. The noodles are mixed in last. Shanghai and Szechwan type of noodles are also quite popular among many Chinese food lovers across America.

Shrimp with Chinese Greens Stir fry is another famous recipe prepared with marinated shrimp combined with Chinese greens and mushrooms. The recipe is prepared by frying the whole content to get the exotic flavor of the fish and vegetables. It serves as a full meal for two when served with rice. The recipe for Manchurian is another well known Chinese cooking recipe. Manchurian is a mixture of vegetables, chicken and noodles. While preparing Manchurian emphasis is given in adding the right quantity of vegetable, spices, sauces and spring onions. All the vegetables or chicken are mixed and small balls are made which are then deep fried in oil to make them crunchy. To get the bold flavor the crunchy balls are served with the Manchurian gravy and garnished with spring onions to create a good impact.

Chinese cooking recipe is not only about adding spices and preparing a dish. Most of these dishes are in fact quite healthy and nutritional. The recipes are prepared with different combination of vegetarian as well as non vegetarian food items. The mixing of different ingredients with the recipes has created a positive impact among many food lovers. Different restaurants have introduced Chinese recipes in their list of cuisines and have helped in reflecting the food culture among many non Chinese customers as well.
